About

Hello, Fellow Disruptor,

If you’ve landed here, it’s because you’re ready to break free from outdated norms and embrace a bold, transformative approach to leadership and organizational success.

Disruption isn’t new to me. Before I was guiding Fortune 500 leaders in STEM and healthcare to uncover blind spots and ignite innovation, I was:

Trained in Voice and Stage at the renowned Eastman School of Music

Commanding Broadway stages in West Side Story and Les Misérables

Serving as an Army Trauma Medic during the Gulf War, delivering care in high-stakes environments

What do these experiences have in common? Discipline, resilience, and the courage to step into the unknown—the same qualities that drive real transformation in the workplace.

Today, as a Chief People Officer in Biotechnology and a Workplace Equity & Inclusion Psychologist with a PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I bring that same bold energy and deep expertise to every stage I step onto—challenging norms, driving transformation, and turning insight into action.

Real Change Demands More Than Talk.

Transformation doesn’t happen through wishful thinking or surface-level tweaks. It’s fueled by data, grounded in research, and brought to life through fearless conversations and strategic action. Whether I’m in the boardroom, on stage, or in service, I thrive where bold action leads to extraordinary outcomes.

My Work is Designed to:

Disrupt

outdated practices

Empower

organizations with evidence-based methodologies

Ignite

lasting transformation by positioning culture as the foundation for peak performance, retention, and thriving workplaces

Together, we can turn bold ideas into extraordinary realities. And yes—there’s always a chance I’ll break into song (but don’t worry, no surprise push-up drills!).

Let’s shake things up. Are you ready?
